At Home Addition, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
